07Price
Quoted individually based on scope, duration, and requirements. The amount is presented in a quotation or agreement. Consumption tax is charged separately where applicable.
08Additional costs
In addition to tax, necessary expenses such as travel, accommodation, or external service fees may apply. These are disclosed in advance in the quotation or agreement. Bank transfer fees are borne by the client.
09Payment method
Bank transfer against invoice. Account details are provided after contracting.
10Payment timing
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Recurring arrangements follow the schedule stated in the agreement.
11Service delivery
Services are provided after contract formation according to a schedule agreed with the client.
12Cancellation and refunds
Services are generally provided in business-to-business transactions. Cancellation and refund terms after work begins are governed by the individual agreement. Mail order sales do not have a statutory cooling-off provision under the Act; any mandatory rights that apply to a particular transaction remain unaffected.
