- When you use our inquiry form: name, company, email address, inquiry topic, preferred timing, and message.
- When we contract with or provide services to you: contracting party, billing, and information required to perform the engagement.
- When you join training or workshops: participant, affiliation, and contact information.
- When you browse the website: access logs, cookies, browser information, and IP address.
02Purposes of use
- Responding to inquiries and consultation requests.
- Providing and operating our consulting, organizational development, training, and related services.
- Contracts, billing, administration, and service communications.
- Service improvement, relevant service information, and newsletters where permitted.
- Compliance with law and prevention of misuse.
03Disclosure to third parties
We do not disclose personal information to a third party without the individual's consent except where required or permitted by law, necessary to protect life, body, or property, or entrusted to a service provider within the scope required to fulfill a stated purpose. We require appropriate handling by service providers.
04External services
- Resend (Resend, Inc., United States): processes inquiry form data to send our administrative notification and your confirmation email. Privacy Policy
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., United States): hosts this website and processes access and performance logs, abuse-prevention signals, and the Turnstile security check used by the inquiry form. Privacy Policy
- Google Fonts (Google LLC, United States): fonts are self-hosted through Next.js, so the visitor's browser ordinarily does not contact Google solely to display them.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC, United States): measures how the site is used so we can improve its content. It collects browsing activity through cookies and does not collect information that identifies you personally, such as your name or email address. Privacy Policy / Opt-out Add-on
05Cross-border handling
As described above, part of the processing may be entrusted to providers in the United States (Resend, Inc., Cloudflare, Inc., and Google LLC). Information on the destination country's system and each provider's safeguards is available in the provider's privacy policy and data processing terms. We review appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable Japanese guidance.
06Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for its purpose. Information collected solely for an inquiry is generally deleted three years after the last interaction. Contract-related records are kept for the period required by applicable law, including relevant tax-record retention periods.
07Cookies
We may use cookies to provide the website and understand its use. You may refuse cookies through your browser settings, although some functionality may not operate correctly.
We use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics collects browsing activity through cookies. It does not collect information that identifies you personally, such as your name or email address. Google handles the collected information under its own privacy policy; see Google Privacy Policy. To stop this collection, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Send a request to the contact below. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify identity and, for a representative, proof of authority. We do not charge a handling fee, though actual delivery costs may be requested where applicable.
