Workshop in Shibuya on November 5: Making AI Actually Improve Your Operations

On Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 7 p.m., we are holding a workshop in Shibuya with Athenas. The first half explains what separates AI use that makes work easier from AI use that does not, and how to move the discussion forward inside a company. In the second half, participants use AI to decide the first task their own company should hand to AI. Attendance is free, with 30 seats. The workshop is held in Japanese.

01Why we are holding it

Many companies have started using ChatGPT or Copilot, yet often say they do not see results in their operations. Usually, no one has decided which work AI should take and which stays with people, so usage is left to individuals.

Participants take stock of their daily work and sort out what AI can take over, what people should keep, and what to watch for when introducing it. They leave with the first task to hand to AI, the reasons, and next steps.
